Job summary

You will build strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth within complex, technology-driven environments. You will lead account development, collaborate with engineering and leadership to align customer requirements with capabilities, and play a key role in pricing, negotiations, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development, technical sales, program management, or related discipline.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, or other technically complex industries.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities across DoD, federal agencies, commercial orgs, and international markets.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with government decision-makers, military customers, and industry partners.
• Develop and execute BD strategies focused on market expansion, revenue growth, and long-term relationships.
• Lead account development, identify strategic partnerships, and position the org for new programs and contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to align customer requirements with capabilities.
• Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Support program execution post-award to meet budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
