Job summary

Knight Aerospace Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in defense, government, OEM and international aerospace opportunities. You will leverage DoD acquisition processes to identify, pursue, and win proposals, manage contracts, and build strategic partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, analytic skills, and the ability to secure a U.S. security clearance. Domestic and occasional international travel are expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related program; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of US government business development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Prior military, aerospace, aviation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue USG government opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead development and submission of competitive proposals and ensure MIL-SPEC compliance.
• Incorporate Air Transportation SME input to validate operational feasibility and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate business development and sales data in CRM.
