• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, technical sales, or program management.
• Experience with aerospace, defense, or government contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue opportunities across DoD, federal agencies, commercial, and international markets.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with government decision-makers, military customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development strategies focused on market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead account development, identify strategic partnerships, and position for new programs and contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to align requirements with capabilities.
• Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor competitive activity, technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Support program execution post-contract award, ensuring commitments and schedules remain on track.
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
