Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking a Deburr Operator in Bloomfield, CT. This full-time role on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am) with a 20% differential and 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10:30pm-7:00am) with a 25% differential requires setting up and running deburring equipment and related tools.

You will read operation sheets and blueprints, complete paperwork, and work to company quality standards. The position offers a competitive pay range and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary CNC education preferred
• 1+ years of work preferred
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment, pneumatic tools, pencil grinders and Dremel style tools in the area with minimal supervision.
• Produces at standard and quality levels in accordance with the company’s requirements.
• Able to read operation sheets and blueprints
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time etc. according to the company’s policies.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor
