Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred.
• 1+ years of work preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Set up and operate deburring equipment, pneumatic tools, pencil grinders and Dremel style tools with minimal supervision.
• Produces at standard and quality levels in accordance with the company’s requirements.
• Able to read operation sheets and blueprints.
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time etc. according to the company’s policies.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
