Eaton’s IS AER FMC division in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Deburrer for the 2nd shift. This role suits candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who want to grow a career in manufacturing and contribute to quality production.

You will deburr simple to moderate parts, read engineering drawings, inspect for defects, and maintain safety and productivity. Shift is 1:45pm to 10:15pm, Monday through Friday, with a $24.57 hourly rate plus a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: trade or vocational school enrollment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple to moderate manual deburring with tight quality tolerances.
• Deburr exterior, buff, and polish parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and advise Senior Deburr of issues.
• Maintain manufacturing productivity and safety standards.
