Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls about quote and order status details, documenting accounts.
• Coordinate RFQs, pricing, scheduling, and invoicing with internal teams and external customers.
• Track revisions, expedite requests, and project milestones with planning, CS, and QA.
• Liaise with accounting for job costing and coordinate RMAs with QA and customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide timely, accurate information to customers.
