Job summary

OMI Specialty Products, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to join the inside sales team in Fullerton, CA. You will own a book of customer accounts, convert RFQs to quotes, source parts from suppliers, and ensure orders ship complete and on time.

The role is fast-paced, high-volume, and requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and a drive to grow a career in aerospace sales. On-site benefits and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in aerospace distribution sales or account management.
• Experience with ILS, PartsBase, Aeroxchange or Quantum Control is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; strong written/verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Quote fast and accurately within the ERP system on RFQs.
• Source parts and negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors.
• Own accounts, follow up on quotes, and grow cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement, expediting, quality, and shipping to fulfill orders.
• Ensure orders meet aerospace documentation and traceability requirements.
• Follow export-compliance procedures (ITAR/EAR).
• Maintain clean data and support sales manager in absence.
