Polymer Concepts Technologies PBY, Inc. in Hanover, PA is seeking a Customer Account Specialist. You will be the primary contact coordinating orders, delivery requirements, and customer information while interfacing with Sales, Operations and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and proactive communication across the order lifecycle in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between customers, Sales, Operations and internal departments.
• Manage customer orders, coordinate delivery requirements, and maintain accurate customer information.
• Proactively communicate changes impacting commitments.
• Review open orders daily and liaise with customers, sales and factory on requirements.
• Provide pricing and delivery information and assist with invoices and credits.
