The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining satisfaction through proactive communication.

Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days on-site as needed.

• Experience addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support
• Experience in a role that involved customer communication and expectations management

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact with your respective customer
• Coordinate with Operations and Contracts Analyst to meet customer and organizational expectations
• Resolve client issues and build strong relationships with customers
• Improve the customer experience by owning escalated issues and following through to resolution
• Ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and timely
• Collect and consolidate information regarding customer interactions to support future needs
• Provide continuous feedback to the customer on quotes and orders (backlog reports, portal updates, notices)
