Job summary

Omni Aerospace is seeking a customer service professional to assist customers with quote status, shipments, pricing, and invoicing issues. You will document account information, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities include handling RFQs, tracking revisions, and coordinating with QA, Planning, and Accounting to ensure accurate order processing. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in customer service in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Professional representation of the company with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain detail.

• Customer-service oriented mindset and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from customers checking on status details of current and past orders.
• Document account information including P.O. requirements, shipments, pricing, certification and delivery needs.
• Provide internal details for RFQ, technical and engineering scope for timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and provide order status updates.
• Track revision changes, quotes, cancellation charges, and First Articles for customers.
• Coordinate RFQs and Long Term Pricing Agreements routed through Customer Service to Business Development.
• Lead status meetings and assessments for start-up projects with customers.
• Prepare and coordinate RMAs, ship lists, and coordination with QA and accounting as required.
