Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading customer service, support, or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for the customer service function, aligning inside/outside sales and support for seamless customer experiences.
• Optimizes Quote-to-Cash processes including pricing, quoting, order management, and customer support.
• Leads teams to deliver high responsiveness, accuracy, and issue resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Acts as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle and service delivery.
