Job summary

The Boeing Company, via Spirit AeroSystems, is seeking a supply chain professional to synchronize material sourcing and supplier activities. You will interface with customers and suppliers, manage POs and RFPs, and optimize inventory and planning processes in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Required are 3+ years in supply chain, strong SAP/Office skills, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s in a related field is expected; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a supply chain role, preferably within metallic/non-metallic raw materials, aerospace or manufacturing.
• SAP, Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with any leadership level.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Project Management experience and skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, process oriented.
• Ability to build and positively cultivate relationships and use influence to obtain outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize a supply chain for obtaining metallic and non-metallic raw materials.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
• Develop RFQs/ROIs, analyze responses, negotiate and award contracts, manage post-award activity.
• Place inventory levels, purchase orders, and monitor supplier performance.
• Monitor customer inventory demand and optimize total supply chain planning.
