Job summary

Boeing, in partnership with Spirit AeroSystems, seeks an experienced customer service professional for its Kansas operations. The role involves handling orders end-to-end, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high service levels.

Candidates should have 6+ years in related roles, SAP experience, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; manufacturing or logistics exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• SAP experience.
• Experience with high visibility escalation paths.
• Experience with manufacturing or processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Represents Company to internal and external customers by providing a world-class customer service experience.
• Includes but not limited to managing orders from placement, following order all the way through, returns, any other issues for the life of the order.
• Works with all levels of leadership and cross functional team to secure product needs for customers.
• Authority to access production systems for managing customer sales orders & suppliers through inventory systems.
• Responsibilities require internal coordination of contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing.
• Must be able to multitask under pressure.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Can handle different priorities through effective escalation.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer.
• Must be a team player and willingness to put the customer first.
• Areas are limited to commercial and unclassified military.
