Qualifications

• 3-5 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of customer operations and sales policies.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform account administration including backorders and order release.
• Investigate and reconcile customer issues.
