Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years of experience in contract administration preferred.
  • Strong customer service, business acumen, and communication skills required.
  • Experience in high-volume contract award environments is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Administer OE, spares, and overhaul contracts for commercial and military customers (domestic and international).
  • Complete order review, entry, acknowledgement, and process amendments.
  • Initiate contract review by documenting orders and routing requirements to internal departments.
  • Review contract terms and conditions; conduct preliminary research of issues.
  • Interpret contract language with management and legal as needed.
  • Ensure ERP sales order entry is complete, timely, and accurate.
  • Maintain custody and order of all contractual documents.
  • Support monthly SIOP meetings to ensure accurate part provisioning.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard contract processes.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Compliance regarding contract matters.
