Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business management or an equivalent experience and at least 3 years in contract administration or related compliance functions, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, paralegal support, procurement support, or related administrative/compliance function.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain and Commercial teams during contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate the flow of redlines and contract documents between business stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Prepare and submit contracts to outside counsel for review ahead of execution on higher-exposure or binding agreements.
• Execute lower exposure agreements independently, such as standard NDAs using existing contractual framework and guidance.
• Track contract expirations, renewal dates, and key milestones across buy-side and sell-side agreements.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready contract files and records.
