Job summary

North Wind is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Newport News, VA team. You will manage contract lifecycles from proposals through closeout, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR and government requirements.

You will support cross-functional teams, prepare customer correspondence, and maintain documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with a focus on compliance and detailed administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• 5+ years of related discipline.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to above

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and customer correspondence in accordance with commercial and Government requirements.
• Review and negotiate terms and conditions applicable to orders and other services.
• Review and execute non-disclosure agreements and other contract documents.
