Job summary

AV is seeking a experienced Contracts Manager to lead bid, negotiation, and contract administration for complex aerospace projects. You will partner with legal, finance, procurement, engineering and operations to ensure lifecycle execution, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred), deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and a track record of managing diverse contract types in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in aerospace/defense/government contracting environment.
• U.S. Security Clearance at least Secret; Top Secret preferred.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge and government contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Bid and proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration for new and sustaining products/services.
• Oversee contract lifecycle: modifications, close-outs, performance risk reviews.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, S/PAs, Subcontracts, License and Master Agreements, FAR/OTA contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across contracts.
• Coordinate flow-downs with program management, engineering, and finance.
• Liaise with DCMA and participate in audits as needed.
