Job summary

The role emphasizes risk management, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and ITAR. The position offers a flexible schedule with a 9/80 work pattern, optional remote days, and office presence 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in aerospace/defense/government contracting environment.
• Secret level security clearance (Top Secret preferred) and DoD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid and proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract review for new and sustaining programs.
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate NDAs, S/PAs, subcontracts, licenses, and master agreements.
• Ensure terms comply with regulations and company policies; identify risky clauses.
• Manage long-term contracts and provide status reviews and data for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate flow-down of terms with program management, engineering, finance, and QA.
