Job summary

AV is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their Contracts Department in Maryland. This role involves providing excellence in contracts administration, supporting bid preparation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration and have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the aerospace or defense field. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, and a competitive salary between $70,500 and $107,750.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Prior experience in aerospace/defense/government contracting preferred.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support bid and proposal preparation for new products and services.
• Perform administrative duties throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze performance of long-term contracts.
