Job summary

Robertson Fuel Systems, a HEICO company, seeks a Composite Technician I-V to support aerospace composite repair and manufacturing. You will perform lay-up, cutting, sanding, and bonding, working with prepreg and fiberglass, while ensuring traceability of materials and adherence to blueprints.

The role involves operating ovens, conducting quality checks, and supporting continuous workflow in a production environment with a 4x10 schedule and Fridays off.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience with lay-up processes in composites is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands drawings, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
• Weighs resins and adhesives with traceability.
• Cuts, tapes, sands, and cures composite materials per blueprint dimensions.
• Operates and monitors ovens and tooling; performs preventive maintenance.
• Ensures products meet blueprint tolerances and quality standards.
