Job summary

B&A Precision is seeking a CNC operator to run lathes and/or mills, ensuring parts meet blueprint specs and are shipped on time. Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, perform basic program adjustments, maintain tight tolerances, and work with a collaborative team in a precision manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of CNC experience, knowledge of Fanuc controls, and the ability to read blueprints. GD&T familiarity and precise measurement using gauges are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC operator.
• Basic knowledge of Fanuc controls and familiarity with G-code programming.
• Basic ability to read blueprints; a working knowledge of GD&T is desirable.
• Competence using measuring instruments and gages to verify dimensions.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision; strong team orientation.
