You will research regulatory obligations, support investigations, draft documents, and train staff to uphold legal and corporate policy requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (1E/2E law student preferred) and strong communication skills, with in-person work at AIRO’s Tysons Corner headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Researches legal issues and prepares related memoranda.
• Prepares materials related to litigation, investigations, and corporate compliance.
• Assists in creating/reviewing corporate policies based on regulatory changes.
