AIRO Group in McLean, VA is seeking a Compliance Specialist to administer export controls, contracts management, and ethics policies under general guidance. You will research regulations, prepare materials for litigation and investigations, and support internal investigations and record-keeping.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to interact with staff at all levels, and the ability to work in-person at AIRO’s Tysons Corner headquarters.

Under general guidance and instruction, administers various elements of The Airo Group’s compliance procedures, including export controls, contracts management, and code of conduct/ethics; researches legal and regulatory obligations affecting The Airo Group; interviews, briefs, and trains The Group’s staff on legal and corporate policy requirements; prepares data and other materials related to The Airo Group’s litigation; assists with internal investigations of potential misconduct; assists with internal self-assessments related to areas of legal and regulatory compliance; drafts documents and reports; tracks regulations, directives, and other established compliance requirements, and participates in record collection, maintenance and retrieval in support of multiple projects and tasks.
Assists management with internal ethics/code of conduct reporting system, including conducting reviews of allegations, gathering data related to alleged misconduct, and preparing documentation related to reported incidents.
