Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to set up and operate HAAS CNC machines, using Mastercam to produce precise aerospace components. The role requires the ability to write and read complex programs and to inspect parts to tight tolerances.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED with 5–7 years of related experience, ideally in aviation or manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5–7 years related experience.
• Previous aviation/aerospace/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Certification in machine shop tech, blueprint reading, and programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce parts per specs.
• Program and operate HAAS CNC equipment using Mastercam.
• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections on close-tolerance parts.
• Adjust and troubleshoot machines to maintain quality and throughput.
