Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong G-code, GD&T, blueprint reading, aerospace tolerancing.
• Experience in AS9100/AS9102 environments.
• Familiarity with aerospace alloys (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• ITAR compliance, U.S. person status.
• Residency within 25 miles of Carson, CA.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mill and lathe operations from blueprints.
• Perform first article programming, setups, dry runs, and edits.
• Conduct in-process inspections during runs.
• Train operators on setup sheets, fixturing, and safety.
• Identify optimal tooling and fixtures.
• Use MasterCAM to generate G-code from models.
