Job summary

ACME METAL WORKS INC in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for our aerospace shop. You will perform 5-axis programming on Haas machines, with a focus on short-run prototype parts and tight tolerances.

You will be expected to optimize programs for efficiency, verify tool paths, and coordinate with engineering for part development. Strong attention to detail, GD&T proficiency, and familiarity with anodize/plating issues are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-axis programming experience for aerospace parts.
• Strong GD&T proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Haas machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• 5 Axis programming on a consistent and daily basis for short-run prototype parts.
• Bend layout/adjustment and documentation procedures.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Familiarity with anodize/plating issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
