Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis HAAS CNC equipment using Mastercam. The role requires reading blueprints, performing precision measurements, and ensuring parts meet exact tolerances. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in aviation/aerospace manufacturing and a machine shop certification.

Qualifications

• Must have Mastercam experience and will be tested on Mastercam knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED with 5–7 years related experience or equivalent
• Certification in machine shop technology, blueprint reading and programming is desirable

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per dimensional specs.
• Program and adjust Haas CNC machines and related controls.
• Read blueprints and conduct in-process and final inspections.
• Assist and mentor other operators as needed.
• Follow safety, quality and company procedures
