Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense seeks a skilled CNC Programmer to set up and operate HAAS CNC machines, program with Mastercam, and ensure parts meet exact tolerances. The role requires reading complex blueprints, selecting cutting tools, and performing in-process inspections at the Greenville, SC facility.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years in aviation/aerospace manufacturing or related fields, with a high school diploma and relevant machine shop certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have Mastercam experience and will be tested on Mastercam knowledge.
• Previous aviation, aerospace or manufacturing experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC mills and lathes to produce parts to dimensional requirements.
• Program CNC machines and write complex programs; verify with inspections.
• Select cutting tools, adjust and troubleshoot machines, and perform in-process and final inspections.
