Job summary

Chromalloy in Tampa, FL is seeking a CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment to produce high‑quality aerospace components. This hands‑on role performs machine setups, loads programs, and inspects finished parts to meet strict quality and safety standards.

You’ll work on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday 9:00p–5:00a) with a $3.00 shift differential, and participate in a Total Rewards program including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and bonuses where

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English communication skills required (reading/writing/listening).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment to produce parts to specification.
• Load programs and perform simple edits as required.
• Inspect and measure parts using handheld tools to ensure specifications.
• Perform blending, deburring, and material removal as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and document processes.
