Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years setting up and operating CNC in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions.
• Proficient with gauges, calipers, micrometers and metrology tools.
• Basic computer skills and problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, tool, and operate CNC and conventional tools.
• Create and install tooling, cutters, grinding wheels, electrodes as required.
• Adjust offsets and modify programs to meet production needs.
• Inspect parts for conformance using gauges and measuring equipment.
• Read travelers and blueprints and document machining details.
• Perform deburring, grit blasting, vapor degreasing as needed.
• Maintain equipment and update production logs accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor fellow operators.
• Maintain clean, safe 5S work environment and comply with ISO standards.
