Chromalloy is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and program CNC equipment to repair and manufacture aerospace components on first shift. You will read blueprints, verify dimensions, and ensure parts meet precise tolerances while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and process documentation.
• Ability to read measuring instruments and perform dimensional inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other CNC equipment to repair and manufacture aerospace components.
• Perform precision machining according to engineering drawings, process travelers, and work instructions.
• Make machine offsets, tooling adjustments, and program edits to maintain quality and productivity.
• Cross-train on manual machining equipment as needed on various machines (VTLs, lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses).
• Ensure finished parts meet dimensional, quality, and customer requirements.
