100Hires, Inc. seeks a CNC Milling Operations Supervisor for its South Bend, IN center. Lead the machining team, oversee 3–4 axis and 5-axis milling, and ensure high precision fuel-control components meet schedule and quality targets.

You will train operators, troubleshoot programs, and optimize workflows to land hot jobs on time. Strong drawing-reading skills and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machining credential preferred.
• 8+ years of CNC milling experience, especially in aerospace or high-precision parts.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Willingness to work overtime up to 55 hours when needed; occasional Saturdays possible.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of the machining center team to ensure throughput.
• Balance workloads to meet schedules and customer deadlines.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies on every shift.
• Inspect machines, tooling, and fixtures to sustain optimal performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop operators; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with QA, engineering, and planning to streamline processes.
• Create and maintain production records and reports; resolve issues quickly.
