Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years CNC programming experience.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• Experience with high-precision, multi-axis machines.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate multi-axis machines (2/3/5-axis; mill/turn).
• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Post and manually edit G-code for efficiency and accuracy.
• Design tooling and fixtures; develop setup documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to transition parts from first article to production.
• Apply GD&T principles to meet tight tolerances.
