Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC milling experience in aerospace or job shop environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training welcome.
• Proficiency in reading drawings and GD&T; knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools and fixturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 3-5 axis CNC milling machines quickly and accurately.
• Load, prove out, and maintain CNC programs; work with engineering to improve programs/fixturing.
• Operate machines for production runs; set offsets and perform simple edits as needed.
• Inspect parts for conformance to process sheets and drawings; document results.
