CNC Milling Operations Supervisor – Aerospace ComponentsLocation: South Bend, IN 46628A day in this roleWhen you walk into our South Bend machining center, your day starts with a quick stand-up: you review the schedule, assign priorities for short-run jobs, and ensure the team is set up to hit quality and delivery targets. You’ll keep a close eye on tight-tolerance aerospace fuel control components moving through both 3–4 axis and 5-axis vertical machining centers. Between quality checks and equipment inspections, you coach operators, jump in to troubleshoot a stubborn program, and fine-tune workflows so hot jobs land on time. Before you wrap, you’ll document production, escalate improvement ideas, and line up tomorrow’s plan.About the workOur shop produces small fuel control parts for the aircraft industry. We focus on shorter runs and close-tolerance machining, emphasizing precision, repeatability, and safety.Growth pathYou will join as a Lead.
