Always There Personnel is seeking a Mill/CNC Operator in Fort Worth, TX to operate and maintain milling machines and ensure quality output. The role requires setting up machines, monitoring processes, and inspecting finished parts while adhering to safety protocols.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; aerospace familiarity is a plus. This is an on-site position with two daily shift options, supporting production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing and operations experience required.
• Forging tooling/design and aerospace familiarity are preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Safety and E-Verify compliance.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: setting up milling machines according to job specifications and selecting tools.
• Operation Monitoring: monitoring milling process to ensure quality and adjusting as needed.
• Quality Assurance: inspecting finished products for defects and conformance.
• Material Handling: loading and unloading materials into milling equipment.
• Safety: adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Data Recording: recording production data, logs, and material usage.
