Job summary

Always There Personnel is seeking a Mill/CNC Operator in Fort Worth, TX to join a manufacturing and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating and setting up milling equipment.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating milling machines, selecting tooling, performing test runs, and ensuring product quality while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• CNC/milling experience preferred.
• Experience with measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Tape Measures).
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines according to job specifications.
• Select tooling and configure machine settings.
• Perform test runs and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor operations for accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and proper specifications.
• Load/unload materials from milling equipment.
• Record production information and usage data.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
