G.S. Precision, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician on 2nd shift to perform repairs, maintenance, and calibration of critical aerospace and defense manufacturing equipment.

You will troubleshoot CNC machinery, read schematics, and implement improvements to ensure uptime and product quality. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of mechanical experience, with strong problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and controls systems.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills; good communication.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and adjustments to production machinery to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose root causes, troubleshoot, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Operate machine tools and fabrication equipment as needed.
• Read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics; work with engineers for root cause.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and follow safety rules.
