Job summary

GTC in Reading, OH is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to keep aerospace and defense production equipment running. The role includes 10-hour shifts with a 25% night differential, and part-time options for retirees are noted.

You will diagnose, repair, and preventively maintain CNC and manual machines while reading schematics and aligning components to spec. Ownership for All provides an equity stake from day one.

Qualifications

• Three years hands-on maintenance on manual and CNC machines.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow basic electrical schematics.
• Experience with CNC controls — Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manual and CNC machines to meet production and quality objectives.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures quickly and return machines to production.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required to prevent downtime.
• Read mechanical drawings and rebuild components with confidence.
• Troubleshoot electrical schematics with meters and scopes.
• Coordinate with service organizations when outside expertise is needed.
