Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with G-code programming and tooling selection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure tolerance compliance.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
• Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with precision instruments.
• Maintain documentation of work and inspection results.
• Follow safety procedures in a noisy shop environment.
• Support prototype and low-volume production.
