Top Notch Personnel, Inc. seeks skilled Aircraft CNC Machinists to join our Wichita, KS manufacturing team.

The selected candidate will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision aircraft components, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will set up equipment, read blueprints, perform routine maintenance, inspect parts, adjust settings for optimal output, and collaborate with engineering and production to meet goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce aircraft parts as per specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
