Job summary

AeroDynamic Aviation is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment in a production environment. You will ensure part integrity by following established procedures and tolerances.

The role emphasizes accurate measurement, blueprint reading, and collaboration with the team to achieve quality results. Experience with HAAS machines and aerospace applications is a plus, with ability to lift heavy objects and work extended hours when required.

Qualifications

• Experience CNC machining of aluminum, steel, wood and plastics.
• 1+ year measuring to ±0.001” tolerances.
• Blueprint reading and measuring from prints required.
• Dependable, good work history, and team player.
• HAAS machines experience is a plus.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Manual lathe or press brake experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Able to work after-hours when required.
• Strong work ethic and focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and fixturing raw material for machining.
• Upload programs for CNC operations.
• Make tool changes and offsets to meet specifications.
• Make minor program changes as needed to meet specs.
• Accurately measure machined parts to prints and BOMs.
