PDS Tech Commercial in Redmond, WA is seeking a Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will operate CNC machines, read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and gauges, and help ensure parts meet strict aerospace standards.

This role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with engineers and quality personnel, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to on-time production of critical components.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of machining processes and metal fabrication techniques.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and safe machine operation practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other fabrication machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Perform machining and fabrication processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machine operation issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Ensure products meet aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe production environment.
• Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and quality personnel to meet manufacturing goals.
• Adapt to new technologies, machinery, and manufacturing processes as needed.
