SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation is seeking a CNC Operator I for our Renton, WA manufacturing site. The role focuses on setting up and operating 3- to 5-axis CNC routers to produce composite aerospace components, following blueprints and GD&T. Ideal candidates have 3–6 months CNC experience and a keen eye for precision.

You will work a first shift schedule with overtime as needed, and benefit from a supportive team dedicated to quality, safety, and innovation in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Entry-level CNC Operator I position; 3–6 months CNC experience preferred.
• Certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Proficiency with 3/5-axis CNC routing machines and reading blueprints required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine per work orders, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and references; monitor machining operations.
• Oversee machine performance and inspect parts; report discrepancies.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment.
