PDS Tech, Inc. is hiring a Lathe Machinist to set up and run multi-axis CNC lathes for precision aerospace components. You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and maintain tight tolerances across exotic alloys.

You will collect SPC data, perform tool changes, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety and quality standards. This is an on-site Bloomington, MN role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC lathe experience required.
• Ability to read CNC programs and layouts.
• Strong GD&T and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate multi-axis CNC lathes to produce aerospace parts.
• Read CNC code for twin-turret lathes with live tooling.
• Input SPC data using inspection equipment and ensure quality.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and productivity standards.
