Job summary

Aerospace CNC Machinist – Milling in Portland, CT on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm) is seeking skilled operators to produce precision components.

In this full-production role, you will read blueprints, GD&T, and verify dimensions with precision tools, while maintaining equipment and production records. 3+ years aerospace CNC experience preferred; setup experience a plus; strong math and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, aerospace preferred.
• Strong GD&T and shop math (fractions, ratios, percentages).
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, and size blocks.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable.
• Setup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to plan and execute precise machining.
• Maintain equipment, production records, and quality standards.
• Assist with setups and ensure consistent production flow.
