Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a CNC Operator to join the Blade Manufacturing team in Carson City. You will program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce aerospace components, ensuring precision and quality.

This role offers a 3rd shift with schedule flexibility, a $2-$4 hourly shift differential, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. We value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines.
• Load and edit machine programs as needed.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Produce parts to engineering and production specifications.
• Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools.
• Perform minor part modifications and finishing work.
• Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements.
• Utilize computerized production tracking systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
