Job summary

M.S. Aerospace Inc. is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to run two CNC lathes producing aerospace fasteners with tight tolerances. You will measure parts with precision tools, document daily production, and ensure quality targets are met on a full-time shift.

First shift, 8-hour days, overtime may be required based on production needs. The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and regular use of measuring gauges in a high-accuracy environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Perform First Article Inspection as required.
• Operate CNC lathes and monitor production quality.

Responsibilities

• Run two CNC lathes to produce aerospace fasteners meeting quality and production targets.
• Check bolts using precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Record daily production into SPC and shop floor control systems.
